Who We Are
Founded in 2010, CTLT is a non-profit organization dedicated to mentoring the youth of Chesapeake. These initiatives promote community engagement while providing a nurturing environment for young people to participate in various activities and projects. The programs are specifically designed to affirm the youth's value and sense of belonging within their community.
CTLT incorporates team-building principles, positive reinforcement, structured activities, and leadership training facilitated by some of Chesapeake's most accomplished citizens. These experiences focus on equipping youth with the necessary tools to navigate the challenges of tomorrow and make informed choices.
Our mission is to instill essential community values in young people, offering children from diverse backgrounds the chance to realize their potential with the support of caring mentors who are willing to invest their time.
